Cayman Brac Beach Resort is located in the West End of Cayman Brac, and completed a major renovation in December 2015. DAD has made an annual trip to this resort every year since 2018 (except for 2020).

For the past few years our group has been large enough to book the entire resort, which creates a nice vibe for everyone.

Travel

DAD trips to Cayman Brac are usually direct flights with Cayman Airways. The flight departs from DIA, and takes 6-7 hours.

Resort

The resort offers twenty rooms on the ground floor that are adaptive diver friendly.

• All rooms are air conditioned
• Bathrooms and showers allow easy wheelchair access
• Common areas like the pool, dining hall, dive shop, and dock have ramps

Diving

Cayman Brac is an excellent choice for adaptive divers. The marine life and visibility are superb, most dives are no deeper than 60′, and there are minimal currents.

Diving at the resort is operated by Reef Divers. They have a fleet of four adaptive diver friendly boats. Each boat offers plenty of shaded seating area, and low platforms that make water entries easy.

The crew at Reef Divers has extensive experience working with adaptive divers, and they do a great job.
